Speak with one of our experienced Listing Specialists to discuss the details of your property. Your Listing Specialist will use this information to create a personalized listing agreement. We value our clients needs, putting them in control and letting them cancel at any time – with no fee!

Smart Listings utilizes the latest technology to streamline the listing process, without interrupting your busy schedule. Once your information is submitted, your dedicated Listing Specialist will list your property on the MLS as well as over 800 popular sites such as Zillow,, Truila etc.
Then, we will provide you with a lock-box and a yard sign that will be installed on your property.

We manage all your showing requests and all you have to do is confirm or reject the appointments.
Once we receive an offer on your property, your Listing Specialist will contact you to review the details and ensure that there are no questions left behind. Your agent will negotiate on your behalf to find the right buyer and reach the best deal possible.
Selling your home can be a stressful time but with Federated Realty, we break down each step to ensure that you understand every detail. Once an offer has been accepted, your Listing Specialist will handle all of the transactional procedures, review the agreements and coordinate the settlement documents.

Federated Realty is a full service flat fee listing brokerage. You will get the same level of service as you would with another brokerage but you would not be paying the traditional 5-6% in commissions. With us, you will only pay a flat fee of $1000 dollars for the listing side while for the buyer side, we allow you to go as low as 2.5%. Everything is handled from our central office in Great Falls, Virginia.
